After close collaboration and partnership, Kelly Fox, Executive Vice President for Operations, Finance and Support, and Omar Syed, Vice President and General Counsel, are excited to share upcoming organizational changes. These adjustments are designed to better align teams with their most-related functions, enhance growth opportunities for our talented team members, and streamline processes and services for the campus community. These updates, which will take effect November 1, reflect the University’s ongoing commitment to strategic alignment and operational excellence.
What’s Changing:

Access, Equity and Equal Opportunity, led by Dr. Richard Baker, will now report to Chetna Koshy, who leads the Office of Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk.

Risk Management for insurable risks and claims management, led by Eno Oregbesan, will now report to the Office of Budget & Finance, led by Katrina Spencer.
What Isn’t Changing:

Enterprise Risk Management, which monitors and oversees the management of university-wide strategic, financial, operational, and compliance risks, will continue reporting to the Office of Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk.

Employee Relations and Talent Development will continue reporting to Human Resources.
