Mark your calendars: on August 5, Rice is hosting its first-ever Asana Day — a half-day, in-person experience bringing the Asana team directly to campus to help our ~900 users work smarter, together. Whether you're brand new to Asana or a power user ready to push the platform further, there's a session designed for exactly where you are.

The day is organized into three focused sessions:

Session 1: The Art of the Possible (9:00–10:15 a.m.) is open to all Rice community members — no Asana experience required. Get a behind-the-scenes look at why Rice is investing in Asana, hear how your colleagues are already transforming messy workflows into streamlined systems, and leave with a fresh perspective on what's possible. Exclusive Asana swag included.

Session 2: Hands-On Workshop (10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) is designed for intermediate users ready to roll up their sleeves. You'll build a real workflow during the session — and leave with a project, momentum, and the confidence to manage your work more effectively. Targeted invites will be sent to Asana users.

Session 3: Leveling Up at Rice (1:00–2:30 p.m.) is for intermediate to expert users and teams ready to move beyond basic task tracking into true workflow intelligence. Expect a forward-looking conversation about reducing manual admin work, giving leadership clearer visibility, and learning where Asana is headed next at Rice. Targeted invites will be sent to Asana users.

Light refreshments will be served. Space is limited across all sessions, so don't wait — register early to secure your spot.
