Welcome to the Fast Five with Finance and Administration! This campus-wide monthly publication will highlight the latest updates on our key initiatives.   1. New Org Structure! 
    We reorganized Finance and Administration to better align our departments and serve our customers. READ MORE
  2. Budget Transformation and Campus Engagement! 
    The Budget Transformation Initiative began meeting with the campus community this week in a series of in-person and virtual engagement sessions.   3. HR Excellence Update! 
    The HR Excellence Initiative will deliver a five-year human resources strategy. It will focus on the following four areas: Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), Training and Development, Performance Management, and Parental Leave. READ MORE
  4. Capital Excellence Progress!
    Don Dennis was recently selected to lead our Capital Excellence Initiative, which aims to enhance the way the University oversees Capital Projects. READ MORE
